    Heather Semke

    FOUNDER & PRINCIPAL INTERIOR DECORATOR

    Heather has a B.A. and M.A. in corporate communications and has held IT consulting and management positions for 18 years with Fortune 500 companies. She holds an interior decorating certification and has 15 years of experience curating and installing decor designs in the residential market. Her favorite part of decorating is seeing a client overjoyed with the results and excited about how they will use their elevated spaces.

    Jen Davis

    STUDIO MANAGER

    Jen has a B.A. in communication and music and spent much of her career supporting sales and administrative teams at Pittsburgh’s largest radio groups. In 2019, she stepped back from full-time work to volunteer with her son’s school and soccer organizations while continuing to freelance for advertising agencies. Jen is thrilled to be back in a creative, fast-paced role, helping clients bring joy and personality into their homes.

    Gina Wilkes

    E-DESIGN AND TECHNICAL MANAGER

    Gina has a B.A. in psychology with a minor in English. She brings more than 20 years of experience in corporate technology consulting and communications across small businesses and global organizations, giving her a nuanced understanding of how people and technology work together. She loves to bring meticulous attention to the meaningful details of interior decorating.

    Erin Kovach

    PROJECT COORDINATOR

    Erin has a B.A. in psychology with a minor in math. She worked as a mental health counselor for nine years before resigning to be a stay-at-home mom. Erin has volunteered much of her time over the last several years helping her daughters' synchronized skating teams as well as their school functions. Her favorite part of interior decorating is helping customers find just the right item for their personality and space.

    Dee Lofgren

    PROJECT COORDINATOR

    Dee has a B.A. in psychology, with minors in sociology and art history. Her early career focused on supporting children through therapeutic and behavioral services. Design has always been a passion of hers, and she derives great satisfaction from utilizing her interpersonal skills to assist others. Dee’s primary focus lies in creating aesthetically pleasing spaces for clients that are functional, accessible, and distinctive.
